Timothy Holvay, 34, of the 1000 block of Heatherlea Drive, Palatine, was arrested Thursday after he allegedly beat two family members in their home at the same address after a dispute, police said. Holvay was charged with two counts of aggravated battery to a senior, police said. The victims were treated for facial and arm bruises and cuts at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights and released the same day, reports said. Bond for Holvay was set at $50,000, police said. Holvay is scheduled to appear in court July 24.
