A 37-year-old Oak Forest man was charged Thursday with felony driving under the influence, aggravated fleeing and eluding, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and improper lane use after he led police on a car chase and crashed into a tree near 120th Street and Harlem Avenue, said police. Thomas Spiewak, of the 5800 block of West Corey Lane, is scheduled to appear in court July 8.
