The June 11 article on Texas’ alarming rate of executions was shocking to the point of nearly being unbelievable, even to someone who has followed this issue for some time.
George W. Bush has either willfully turned his back on much of this disturbing evidence, or else simply doesn’t care.
In either case, it does little to assure one of the decision-making abilities of someone who wants to be president of the United States.
