Clyde E. Emrick, 55, of Downers Grove, a crane mechanic, died Monday, June 19, in MacNeal Hospital, Berwyn. He was born in Chicago and raised in Brookfield. Mr. Emrick worked for Runnion Equipment Co. in Lyons. “He was with the company for 32 years and liked fishing and baseball,” said his wife, Patricia. Mr. Emrick also served in the Army. Other survivors include two sons, Jeffrey and Clyde; a brother, Michael Hobson; and five grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, Illinois Highway 53 and Short Street, Lisle.
