Ronald W. Rowe, 64, of Barrington died Monday, June 19 of a heart attack in Barrington. Born in Harvard, Mr. Rowe was a retired concrete construction worker. He worked on residential projects such as sidewalks, driveways and home construction in the Chicago area. He retired in 1997 and then began helping out at Harbor Wallbangers, a family-owned furniture restoration business in McHenry. “He liked watching baseball and spending time with his grandchildren,” said his son, William Lemker. Other survivors include his wife of 28 years, Patricia; daughters Cynthia Kottke, Ronda Medley, Amy Barry and Patricia Moeller; brothers Charles, Warren, Robert and Larry; and 12 grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Thursday in Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St., Barrington. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the funeral home.
