A 2002 Cadillac Escalade luxury sport-utility vehicle was shipped to Chicago this month for an advertising photo shoot The 2002 Escalade, which is due out early next year, adopts the same shield-shaped grille used on the Cadillac Evoq and Imaj concept cars. For 2002 Cadillac makes a concerted effort to differentiate styling with that of the GMC Yukon Denali, with which Escalade has shared a platform since it was introduced in 1999. Escalade also will boast a new 6-liter, 350-h.p. V-8 while Denali settles for a 325-h.p. version of the engine.
