Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

As a lifetime Cleveland Indians fan recently transplanted into the Chicago area, I was very excited to see the Tribe play in Chicago on Monday. With the White Sox playing so incredibly, it added to my enthusiasm even more because the games would actually be a challenge this year.

The Indians’ loss aside, it was an extreme disappointment to visit Comiskey Park. Most White Sox fans have no respect for opposing teams or players or the game of baseball itself. No matter how well your team is playing, there is no need to boo the opposing players.

It’s obvious that many Sox fans aren’t ready for a first-place team, which is sad considering the skill of this year’s team. It will be a long time before I attend another game at Comiskey.
