Cecil R. Lind, 88, of Belvidere, formerly of Harvard, died Wednesday, June 28, in Maple Crest Nursing Home in Belvidere. Mr. Lind had worked for Sta-Rite Industries in Delavan, Wis., for 25 years and had run his own lawn service business in Harvard. Survivors include a son, Donald; a daughter, Arildia Lee; 27 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and step-great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday and the funeral at 1 p.m. Saturday in Saunders and McFarlin Funeral Home, 107 W. Sumner St., Harvard.
