John M. Dantzler, 77, of Fox Lake died Tuesday, June 27, in Victory Memorial Hospital in Washington. He was the retired division vice president of Hercules Inc., in Wilmington, Del. He served in the Army Air Forces during World War II. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Wilma; a son, Robert; a daughter, Jennifer Gabel; brothers James and William; and three grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday in Justen and Son Funeral Home, 3519 W. Elm St., McHenry. The service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Faith Presbyterian Church, 2107 W. Lincoln Ave., McHenry.
