Police said Marco Guerrero, 19, of the 200 block of Butte Lane, Carpentersville, was charged June 15 with aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Guerrero allegedly had sex with a 15-year-old girl in an apartment in the 400 block of West Palatine Road between June 1 and 15. The girl’s parents filed the complaint against Guerrero, police said. Guerrero was released after posting 10 percent of a $25,000 bond. He is to appear in court on July 5.
