Suzanne M. Farhan, 19, of the 4800 block of Ashley Drive was charged Wednesday with retail theft at Wal Mart, 2019 N. Richmond Rd. Store security personnel told police Farhan allegedly removed $11 in cosmetic products. She is to appear in court on July 27.
