Anna Fiedler, 83, nee Eckstein, beloved wife of 48 years of Adolph J. Mrs. Fiedler was born in Chicago (Pilsen area). She graduated from Komensky School, 1930; Morton High School, 1934; Morton Jr. College, 1936; Northern Illinois University, B.E. degree, 1939; University of Chicago, M.A. 1947 and enrolled full time on sabbatical at the University of Chicago, Midwest Administration Center, 1963-64. Member of the National Honor Society (Morton 1934); Pi Lambda Theta-Lambda Chapter (U. of C. 1964); Ladies Aid of the Bohemian Home, Ladies Auxiliary of the Pilsen Butchers Association and the Gen. Custer School P.T.A. She was a retired teacher and principal for over 39 years at the Gen. Custer School in Berwyn. Funeral Wednesday, 12 noon, at Linhart Funeral Home, 6820 W. Cermak Rd., Berwyn.
