Matthew J. Vlasnik, 21, of the 21000 block of Anthony Road, was charged Tuesday with reckless driving, police said. He was also found to be wanted on a DeKalb County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of unlawful consumption and illegal transportation of alcohol. He posted bail and was released.
