A 20-year-old man was the victim of a Sunday morning car-jacking in the parking lot of Rand Grove Village Apartments, 737 E. Rand Grove Lane. A gunman told the victim to exit his 1993 Toyota pickup truck and hand over the keys. The offender then drove away with the vehicle, police said. The value of the truck was unavailable. No injuries were reported.
