Alfred E. Munger Jr., 23, of the 800 block of Sunnydale Boulevard, Streamwood, was charged Tuesday afternoon with one misdemeanor count of theft, reports said. An employee of Home Depot, 100 N. Barrington Rd., Munger is accused of giving himself $22,594 in refunds on his debit card between May 11 and Sept. 8 without returning merchandise to the store, police said. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 25.
