At the 19th Annual Wizard of Oz Festival this weekend, some of the 1939 film’s munchkins will mingle and sign autographs (one item per person, please). There’s a family picnic dinner at 5 p.m. Friday, autograph sessions from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday; and breakfast with the munchkins at 9 a.m. Sunday.
