Mitzi Frank, 90, of Scottsdale, AZ died Sept. 19, 2000 at her residence, born in Chicago, she moved to Arizona 13 years ago from Laguna Hills, CA. Survived by her husband Sam; daughters, Diane Frank of Scottsdale, AZ and Marcia Douglas of Toronto, Canada; granddaughters, Amy Ettinger of Phoenix, AZ, Jane Rubel of Toronto, Canada, Ellen Nusbaum of Scottsdale and Mary Rubel-Bohnsack of LaGrange, IL; greatgranddaughter Jillian Nusbaum of Scottsdale.
