Alice Howells, nee Nelson, late of Western Springs for 12 years and formerly of Countryside for 47 years, preceded in death by husband Arthur Howells Sr.; beloved mother of Luana (Robert) Grimley of Western Springs and Arthur Jr. (Sharon) of LaGrange; cherished grandmother of seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Memorial Service will be held at Saint James Lutheran Church, Western Springs, on Saturday, October 7, at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Saint Thomas Hospice of Burr Ridge, IL.
