“Clintons deserve apology” by B. Rising (Voice of the people, Oct. 1) covered the democratic point of view on Whitewater. But it never touched on the huge “white” lie told by our leader to his nation.
Can anyone forget our president’s prevarication as he stood at that podium and wagged that condescending finger at the nation and set the tone for more investigations (and money spent), which could have been avoided had he told the truth in the first place? Lest we forget Hillary’s “right-wing conspiracy” theory, which, in itself, was a slap in the face to this nation.
To those who feel our leader and his wife deserve an apology, I say give it to them, then send them on their way.
