William R. Berryman, 79, of Oak Lawn passed away October 9, 2000. Beloved husband of Zaphiro; loving father of William J. Berryman Jr., Leon C. (Patsy) Berryman, Elaine M. (Anthony) Besbekos and the late Constance L. Berryman; dear brother of Arlene Berryman, Lois (Albert) Janko and Shirley (Harold) Guehler; adored grandfather of Christopher, Bryan, Stephanie, Rebecca and Georgiana. Mr. Berryman was a U.S. Army Veteran of WW II. Past 2nd District Commander of the American Legion and a member of the 40 & 8 Club. Visitation 10 a.m. with services at 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 11, 2000 at Elmwood Mausoleum Chapel, Elmwood Cemetery, 2905 N. Thatcher, River Grove, IL. Entombment Elmwood Mausoleum.
