To all the undecided voters out there, I offer the following observation. Both presidential candidates are good men. Both men have plans to help Social Security, welfare and prescription drug needs. Both men are so moderate that in the second debate they agreed with each other for the first hour.

What voters should try to determine is, who will actually do the most for our country? Clinton/Gore have been unable to enact substantial legislation over the past eight years. Their vetoes outnumber what legislation they have been able to put into law. George W. Bush for the past six years has been willing to work with a democratic-controlled state legislature and, as a result, legislation has been passed that is now helping Texas to become a better state.

A candidate will promise you more benefits and more money in your pocket, but if he can’t deliver, you won’t get it. Vote for the candidate who has the track record for being able to get things accomplished.
