A Downers Grove woman was arrested Friday after she allegedly scuffled with police officers who were at a home in the 0-99 block of East 55th Street to investigate a report of domestic violence, police said. Christine P. Kontur, 19, of the 1100 block of Saylor Avenue, was charged with domestic battery and resisting arrest, police said.
