A recent check of 33 retailers licensed to sell tobacco products in the village resulted in four violations when cigarettes were sold to minors, police said. They said charges will be filed against employees of Clark Oil, 860 Army Trail Rd.; Mobil Oil, 870 Army Trail Rd.; Holiday Inn, 150 S. Gary Ave.; and Village Tavern, 291 S. Shmale Rd.
