Joseph E. Chiuffo Jr., 19, of the 200 block of Illinois Highway 137 was arrested on a warrant from the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department alleging battery. Chiuffo also was charged by the Antioch Police Department with being a fugitive from justice, police said.
