Robert Hayes, 33, of the 7000 block of West 73rd Place, Bridgeview, was charged with disorderly conduct Saturday after he was accused of bending the antenna on a vehicle at a service station on South Old Rand Road. Police reports said Hayes became angry when the driver of the car cut in front of him at the gas pump.
