A 57-year-old Gurnee woman was arrested Tuesday after she was accused of stealing $29.29 worth of food items from Piggly Wiggly, 5330 Grand Ave. Nancy A. Miller, of the 400 block of Old Grand Avenue, was charged with retail theft.
