Thomas Fisher, 18, of the 9000 block of Windsor Drive, Orland Park, was charged Tuesday with violation of the state’s zero-tolerance underage-drinking law. Police said they found Fisher’s van stuck in the snow in the 16500 block of 94th Avenue. Police said Fisher admitted he had been drinking wine and flunked field sobriety tests.
