George W. Dickens, 70, of Lombard and formerly of Franklin Park, died Sunday, Dec. 31, in Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. Born in Chicago, Mr. Dickens spent 30 years at Levi’s Books Distributors in Franklin Park, where he worked as a packer. Mr. Dickens is survived by a sister, Phyllis Evans, and seven nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in Brust Funeral Home, 135 S. Main St., Lombard, where services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday.
