Betty J. Hanson, nee Scheck, age 68, of Lake Barrington, formerly of Arlington Hts., passed away at her home following a long illness. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Alfred C. Hanson; daughters Becky (Randy) Worozaken, Barbara (Rich) Kerr and Brenda (Nick) Baffa; grandchildren Chad, Amber, Autumn, Summer, Krystal, Brooke and Nicholas. At her request, a private family prayer service was held at the Lutheran Church of the Cross in Arlington Hts. Interment was private. Info. Care Memorial of Illinois, 800-889-4884.
