Marjorie L. Kroc, 45, of Streamwood, a registered nurse, died of a brain aneurysm Friday, Jan. 5, in St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates. Born in Chicago, Mrs. Kroc graduated from Morton East High School in Cicero and obtained her degree in nursing from Morton College there. During the 1980s Mrs. Kroc worked as a registered nurse on the psychiatric floor at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. For the last decade she worked as a nurse for the Bonaventure Medical Group in Elk Grove Village. Most recently, she worked as a nurse at the company’s Hanover Park office. “She’s a very warm person,” said her mother, Norma Williams. “She was always smiling.” Other survivors include her husband, David; a daughter, Lauren; a son, Ethan; her father, Warren Williams; a sister, Romaine Coughlin; and two brothers, Richard and Kurt Williams. A service was held Monday in Palatine.
