Stanley J. Ochol, age 81, passed away Dec. 11, 2000 in Sun City, AZ, born in Chicago, retired from Sears Roebuck & Co, and moved to Sun City from Evergreen Park, IL in 1974. He was a WW II Army veteran, 103rd SA BN, recipient of many overseas medals, including the Purple Heart. Preceded in death by his beloved wife Frances, nee McCann, parents Peter and Mary Ochol, brothers, Joseph and Ted J. Ochol, sister Sophie Capek, in-laws Frank and Bernice McCann and Godson Carl Capek; survivors include his sister Julia Ochenkowski; nieces Janice Ochenkowski, Marlene (Bennet) Klauba, Cathy Capek, Karen (John) Condon, Joanne (John) Czerwinski and nephews Ronald (Cindy) Capek and Dennis Capek; great and great-great-uncle of many. Interment was December 13, 2000 at Sunland Memorial Park, Sun City, AZ. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Pancratius Church, 40th & Sacramento, Saturday, January 13, 2001 at 11:00 a.m.
