A 24-year-old Downers Grove man was arrested last week for allegedly being in possession of cocaine when he was brought to Hinsdale Hospital, police said. Devone E. Payton of the 9S0-99 block of Frontage Road, near Clarendon Hills, was charged with possession of a controlled substance Police said he was brought to the hospital in an unresponsive condition and that cocaine was found in his clothes.
