Get a load of this: The Bulls acquire Shawn Kemp from Portland for, say, Jamal Crawford or Ron Artest and a draft pick. They shift Elton Brand to small forward, which I think is his natural position, and Kemp can also play some center.
This would give the Bulls the veteran leadership and scoring punch they lack. Imagine Kemp, Brand and Ron Mercer teaming together and instantly giving the Bulls credibility.
