Lowell R. Johnson, a memorial service for Lowell R. Johnson will be held at St. Edna’s Catholic Church in Arlington Heights, IL at a later date. Born February 22, 1936 in Westmont, IL, he died February 4, after a long courageous fight with kidney cancer. He was the beloved husband of Mary “Cris”; loving father of Scott (Julie), Greg (Kathy), Rob and Rick (Lauren); devoted grandfather of Christa and Ashley; fond brother of Stanley (Charlene), Doug (Debbie) and the late Dick (Lorraine); brother-in-law to Al (Francis). He left us beaufitul memories, Your love is still our guide, And though we cannot see you, You are always by our side. Our family chain is broken, Nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one, The chain will link again. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in his memory to the Kidney Cancer Association in Evanston, IL.
