Police said a 22-year-old West Chicago man was charged with driving under the influence and other offenses after an officer recently observed his vehicle swerve into another lane in the 3900 block of East Main Street. Pedro Hernandez of the 32W700 block of Illinois Highway 64 was issued two tickets for improper lane usage and citations for speeding, no valid driver’s license, no insurance and failure to signal, police said.
