Georgia E. Ellison, 64, of Cottonwood, AZ, died Feb. 7, born Dec. 24, 1936 in Chicago, IL. Mrs. Ellison was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Cottonwood. Mr. & Mrs. Ellison lived in Roselle, IL, for many years, where she was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, a Village Trustee, served on the Planning Board and a member of various clubs. She worked for U.S. Gypsum, a building materials supplier, starting as an office girl for their predecessors and retired 39 years later as Manager of their yard. The Ellisons retired and moved to Cottonwood in 1994. She leaves her husband Richard Ellison; two sons, Scott N. (Carole) Ellison of Roselle, IL and Steven R. (Nancy) Ellison of Crystal Lake, IL; two sisters, Ester Lunger of Red Oak, MI and AnnaGale Geiger of Elkhart, IN; a brother Harry Huber Jr., of LaGrange, IN; three grandchildren, Scott, Emily and Andrew; predeceased by two sisters, Evelyn Lykins and Ardella Berberich. Memorial Service will be held Saturday, Feb. 17, 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 405 S. Rush St., Roselle. Donations in her memory may be made to American Cancer Society.
