Criss Henderson, executive director of Chicago Shakespeare Theater, will be off to Washington, D.C., April 9 to receive the Arts Administrator of the Year Award in ceremonies at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. The award, issued annually by Arts Management periodical, notes Henderson’s leadership in guiding CST to record attendance and subscription peaks in its new home on Navy Pier.
