The multitude: 36 chefs at 36 stations. The night’s longest line: At Lawry’s the Prime Rib for chef Jackie Shen’s hand-carved prime-rib sandwiches-250 of them from five roasts. After party: At Mike Ditka’s-just for chefs, who dined and networked till 3:30 a.m.
