I was incensed to read “Resurrecting a war hero’s ghosts” (Editorial, April 27), that a Newsweek reporter had been on the verge of smearing Sen. Bob Kerrey for action he had taken during a very ugly war.
As Americans we should be forever grateful to all of the veterans of the Vietnam War. They have all been wounded. They are all heroes.
