The Tribune’s decision to “unpublish” the name of the 11-year-old runaway was utterly foolish (Commentary, May 10). It also implicitly endorsed the anti-journalistic notion that truth is dangerous and should be suppressed. Please, just publish the pertinent facts in news stories and stop trying to play philosopher-king.
