Jeffrey Shan Bell, 34, of Chicago, died Thursday at Illinois Masonic Hospital, following a traffic accident. He is survived by his wife Suma M. Raju and sister Kristi Bell, both of Chicago, and parents Jeff and Carol Bell of Brazil, IN. Visitation at Moore Funeral Home in Brazil, 1 to 3 p.m. with memorial services 3 p.m. Sunday.
