Police said they arrested a Franklin Park woman after she was accused Saturday of taking six cans of baby formula valued at $80 from Dominick’s Finer Foods, 42 Ogden Ave. Maria Brizuela, 25, of the 2500 block of Mannheim Road was charged with retail theft, police said.
