Danielle Frazier, 21, of the 900 block of Ash Road, Hoffman Estates, was charged Wednesday afternoon with battery and retail theft for allegedly leaving Jewel Food Store, 1860 S. Arlington Heights Rd., without paying for four boxes of film and eight boxes of razors worth a total of $153, police said. Frazier allegedly bit a male employee on the forearm when he attempted to stop her. The man declined medical attention, police said. Frazier was ordered appear in court on Aug. 2.
