A 17-year-old Addison resident and a juvenile recently were arrested at Centennial Park after allegedly pitching rocks at a light until it broke, police said. The boy and Edward J. Rabe of the 0-99 block of South Wisconsin Avenue were charged with criminal damage to property, police said.
