For all of the jokes about Wisconsin being a bunch of farmers and hicks I noticed that they are light-years ahead of Illinois when it comes to building a practical multi-purpose, year-round stadium that will serve the taxpayers admirably in a financially sound manner without ruining any historic structures or disrespecting any constituents.
Chicago politics will keep us behind Wisconsin, and most other states, for years to come.
