Therese V. “Terri” Cook, of Braidwood, IL, passed away Friday, August 3, 2001 at her home. Born in Chicago, IL to the late Joseph and Helen, nee Buzinskas, Laurence; survived by her husband, Thomas Cook; one son, Dr. Ted (Rhonda) and one daughter, Deborah (Tom) of Aurora, IL; grandchildren, Rachel and Chris, Scar and Billy; brothers and sister Ed, Tom, Joan and Joe; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Steve, Betty, Nina and Dorothy. Private funeral services were held. Cremation rites were accorded. Memorials in Terri’s name to the Joliet Area Community Hospice, 335 W.
