The Downers Grove Village Council on Tuesday approved a developer’s plans to build six homes on a 4.8-acre lot on Middaugh Avenue and north of 60th Place.
Downers Grove-based Bradley Land Group Inc.’s proposal was reduced from its original seven lots. The council opted not to vacate to Bradley village-owned property at the west edge of the land extending from the north end of Middaugh to 59th Street. The council wanted to keep its options open if Middaugh Avenue is extended, according to officials.
