The Oswego Economic Development Corp. has announced that T.J. Maxx, Fashion Bug, Quizno’s Subs and Radio Shack have signed letters of intent to open stores in the Oswego Commons shopping center. The 68-acre center will be anchored by a Target, a Home Depot and a Dominick’s Fresh Store. It is expected to open by spring 2002.
