Would people get off the Steve Stone bandwagon? He had his time; it’s over.
Dave Otto delivers every bit as much baseball acumen — especially from the pitcher’s point of view — as Stone did. Plus he brings a youthful enthusiasm and an “ex-ballplayer” vocabulary to the telecasts, which I find very entertaining.
I think Dave has a great future ahead of him.
