Jakov Oskanov, 17, of the 0-99 block of Pauline Avenue was charged Tuesday with theft after he allegedly tried to leave the Jewel Food Store, 79 N. McHenry Rd., without paying for two bottles of liquor he had stuffed into his pants. Oskanov was released after posting $100 bail and ordered to appear in court Oct. 4, police said.
